It hasn't been a common experience at least by me to call a company and the owner answers the phone. From the initial conversation he was straight forward, was able to look up my residence and provide a quote pending final inspection, and the cost was what he quoted. They were able to work me into the schedule within a week and the price seemed very fair compared to some other prices I've been quoted. As if all that weren't enough, the most important part, their work is top notch! Excellent job and I've already passed their information on to a few other folks I know looking for similar work.
