Words are not enough to explain how exceptional Jon and his team are! Jon came out for my project, and it was obvious from the beginning how knowledgable he is. And the great thing is that his ethics are very high - I never felt like he was trying "to sell" me anything. Rather he was educating me (because this is my first home with a crawl space) and giving me reasonable options to consider so that I could effectively decide which path to pursue. Jon and his team were prompt, efficient, communicated effectively, and the work was implemented precisely as promised. 5+ stars!
